Subject: CALNET Video Customer Forum
The California Department of Technology announces the CALNET Video Customer Forum. For the CALNET Next Gen contracts, this virtual customer forum concept replaces the traditional CALNET in-person customer forum.
The CALNET Video Customer Forum is accessible through the CALNET website and offers 24/7 access to CALNET reference information and pre-recorded informational video presentations produced by CALNET contractors. Each contractor video presentation includes details for that contractor’s CALNET offerings and contact information for contractor representatives.
As of September 30, 2021, the following contractors have video presentations available on the customer forum web page:
- Aspen
- AT&T
- Comcast
- Crown Castle
- ENA
- InterVision
- Lumen
- NTT
- Red River
- T-Mobile
- Zayo
