Definition of Successful, Challenged, Failed projects.
Successful Projects are those completed within 10% of their targets for cost schedule and scope and delivered all of the expected value.
Challenged Projects are those that experienced some challenges and completed over their targets but delivered most or all of the expected value.
Failed Projects are those that were cancelled and did not deliver any business value.
